“My wife and I spent many months visiting open houses before deciding to build our Dream Home. We went to the Parade of Homes Event on all 4 days it was held in the fall of 2007. We waited to speak to many of the builders so that we could possibly leave our #s to discuss meeting with them about building our home. What we thought would be an exciting process became futile as most builders did not even call us back. One gave us a CD to look at instead of meeting with him and one wanted a fee to meet with him. We were a little confused as to why builders would not want to call you back to discuss building a 4100 plus sq ft home. But one did call us back and we are glad he did.
